If the item you have purchased online is not suitable, Okki will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective goods. All tags must still be attached for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase. If a returned product does not meet these set standards, we reserve the right to reject the return. Flash sale, discount offers or sale goods and gifts are excluded. If you purchased your Okki product from a selected Okki bricks and mortar retailer, please return the goods to the original place of purchase.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item to be returned is deemed by us to be faulty.
Before you return your faulty goods to us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
We request that all items be returned to Okki in the original packaging. If your order is received unsatisfactorily without tags attached or the packaging has become damaged please notify us via email at email@example.com on the day that you received your goods.
Requests for a refund or exchange of goods purchased by cash must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Personalised and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale.
Flash sale and sale goods are products that have had the original, full retail price, discounted or sold in a discounted promotion. Any order placed on a sale product is considered final. We are unable to offer a refund on discounted goods unless there is a manufacturing fault discovered.

Please allow 10 business working days (depending on peak times) for us to complete your return, refund or product exchange. We will notify you via telephone or email when the process is complete.
Please return your Okki goods with the original receipt. If you do not have the original purchase receipt, please include the following information with your return: Your name and billing address, contact telephone number and the name, address and postal code of the person who placed the order.
Upon receiving your returned goods, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with our returns policy.
Please return your goods using a trackable shipping method. Okki will not be responsible for lost or stolen goods in the mail. Please ensure that the product is packaged securely to avoid the arrival of damaged goods.
If the item you have purchased is not suitable, Okki will happily exchange the goods within 7 days of the original purchase and in accordance with our returns policy with the exception of flash sale, sale and discounted goods and personalised product. Any exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are the subject to product availability. If the goods requested are unavailable you will be issued with an online store credit or a refund in the form of the original payment.
Okki does not accept exchanges, credits or refunds on flash sale, sale or discounted items if you change your mind. These items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty. In the case of receiving a faulty sale or discounted item, please return the goods to us following our returns policy and we will replace the item with the same style, subject to availability. If the exact goods are unavailable, we will be in contact with you to offer an alternative product or to agree on issuing you a store credit or refund in the form of the original payment.
Gifts cannot be returned for a refund. Requests to exchange goods received as a gift are subject to our returns policy and must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the gift. Sale, flash sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged for online store credit.
FAULTY PRODUCT REFUNDS
If you believe your purchased item is faulty, please contact Okki as soon as you receive the delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 5 days of receiving your order.
Okki will assess all returned goods and if found faulty, we will replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the value of the item at the time of placing your order including any shipping costs charged. Please include the original Okki receipt with the returned faulty goods. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the initial payment method. If an item is deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear from use, it will not be accepted as being faulty and no exchange or refund will be offered.
