Returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, for refund or exchange.
• Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
• Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
• All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
• Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue.
• All purchases on earrings are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
International Orders wi
We can not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.
Okki / OkkiD does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or tax and duties paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
Items you exchange will be re-sent at the cost of the customer, and return postage costs are not refundable. We do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item; with the exception of New Zealand tax (tax only). Residents from all other countries can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
Please allow 10 business working days (depending on peak times) for us to complete your return, refund, or product exchange. We will notify you via telephone or email when the process is complete.

If you have asked to return your item and then change your mind and would like to keep it/them, we are thrilled that you have changed your mind and decided to keep your order. Please contact our customer care team via email, hello@okki.com.au, to let them know the good news and we will cancel the returns process.
