Local shipping A flat rate of $10 AUD Australia-wide ($13 for Express Shipping). All charges quoted to you are GST-inclusive. All returns are paid by the customer.
International orders are delivered ( including the tracking number) for a flat fee of $35 AUD with Australia Post International. We are unable to pay for the taxes and duties you may be charged as your order passes through your national customs department. Any of these additional charges must be paid by the person receiving the goods.
*note that we can not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.
Our international delivery service will not serve a number of specified countries until further notice.
We are unable to ship orders to a P.O. Box address. You must provide a secure street delivery address for your anticipated parcel. Okki will not be responsible for lost or stolen parcels. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

If your goods have not been received within the estimated shipping times from our domestic and international delivery services, please contact our customer care team via email at hello@okki.com.au. Please include in the email your full name, address, contact number, and order number. We can lodge a tracking request on your behalf. Please always double-check your delivery address when placing an order. We cannot be responsible for lost goods due to the wrong address being used in your account. Read our shipping guidelines here.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days after purchase. Customers will be notified via email or telephone of any dispatch delays. Deliveries are posted Monday to Friday during business hours only. Purchases made outside of business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed within 2 – 5 business working days.
It is very easy to check your order status. Sign in to MY ACCOUNT and select ‘orders’. Choose which order you would like to track and select the action ‘view’. You can also view your recent orders from your account DASHBOARD.
Returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, for refund or exchange.
• Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
• Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
• All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.
• Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue.
• All purchases on earrings are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
International Orders wi
We can not accept and cannot process any international returns, so please order carefully.
Okki / OkkiD does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or tax and duties paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
Items you exchange will be re-sent at the cost of the customer, and return postage costs are not refundable. We do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item; with the exception of New Zealand tax (tax only). Residents from all other countries can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
Please allow 10 business working days (depending on peak times) for us to complete your return, refund, or product exchange. We will notify you via telephone or email when the process is complete.

If you have asked to return your item and then change your mind and would like to keep it/them, we are thrilled that you have changed your mind and decided to keep your order. Please contact our customer care team via email, hello@okki.com.au, to let them know the good news and we will cancel the returns process.
